Come join us as we share with each other ideas, tips and strategies that have helped each us to "stay in the moment" (since that's all there is!). Many of the ideas are from Eckhart Tolle and his life changing books: "The Power of Now," "Stillness Speaks" and "A New Earth" as well as our own personal experience about what works and what doesn't. There's no need to "go it alone" when you can have a group of fun, like-minded individuals supporting you on your life's journey. Hope to see you at our next meeting!

    I missed the last meeting in the park, but I heard it Sucked! (Steeped thick with EGOs) Maybe this time we can make an effort to host a clear, simple and direct forum for answers.

Evolve the ball: Maybe we could pass it around the circle, clock/counter, giving everyone at least one opportunity to speak, directly to the person who spoke last...or choose to pass it along. Speak to the topic of the 'Now' moment , then hold our tongue, and open our ears; this too shall pass. Group participation on a "be-patient-until-it-is-your-turn" level playing field; rather than the "catch-the-hot-potato-while-it-zooms-past-your-head" game. We all want to speak, and we all want to listen as someone else speaks, so that we can speak back to what was just said; drawing an evolving picture. Thank you, Rainbeau: What took you so long?
