“ Are any current members of this group interested in biking together perhaps on a weekend morning (doing something fun and athletic) while practicing "staying present" with one another like the book "A New Earth" suggests? I'm reading the last chapter of the book (2nd time around) and it reminds us of not concentrating on becoming "awakened;" instead, to just let it happen! I think I've been trying too hard these part five years. So is anyone game to biking sometime? We can practice being ourselves, staying present, while we bike!! ”
