What are the 7 Chakras and what role do they play in the health and wellness process of our lives? How can I become more aware of them and balance them when I'm a bit "out o' whack"?? If you've ever asked these questions or the thought of them now intrigues you, please join us for an introduction to chakra balancing and self-healing meditation. A brief discussion in order to create the space for a successful meditation. After which, we will participate in a guided meditation for healing and wellness. We will close with period of open discussion for anyone who would like to share their experience/insights/inspirations (although you will not be required to share) from the meditation, and a question and answer session about the meditation or whatever is on one's heart and mind. comfortable non-binding clothes
