In this Presence group, we will use of ‘inquiry’ and 'direct experiencing' to discover our True Nature - the truth of who we really are. First, we will connect with what Eckhart calls the ‘inner body’ and then do our investigation from there. We use Silence, meditation, and sharing as the tools to get in touch with a deeper sense of ourselves - our true essence - out of which our life experiences are all happening.

You can expect to get from this group a very real and grounded experience that you will be able to carry into the days that follow. You may experience a deep peace and inner connectedness beyond anything you've ever experienced before.
