Introduction
I organized this meetup group because I was really excited about A New Earth and could see practical applications for me to lessen suffering and worrying in my life, and I wanted to set up a space where people could gather and share ideas about doing
What is a way/some ways that you increase consciousness/look beyond the Ego?

My favorite is #1 realize that it is Ego, that ugly/uncomfortable feeling that comes from the gut area, #2 laugh at it as if it's a cute animal or tchotchke that I see in the window, #3 turn my attention somewhere else.
