Note: this event now replaces the meet-up originally located at Chapters. This venue was chosen because: we will have a big screen to watch the dvd, we can accommodate more people and it is a pleasant, quiet and comfortable place.

We will be following the Silent Group format that Eckhart recommends. He says, "It's best not to engage in discussion, as it tends to stimulate the mind and ego."

We will begin and end this meet-up with fifteen minutes of silence (silent meditation). Please feel free to bring along: a note pad, paper, highlighter, books, etc.. if you feel it will enhance the experience; though nothing is necessary. There is a fee of $2.00 (a toonie) per meeting to help cover the cost.

We will be watching the DVD - The Flowering of Human Consciousness from the: Teaching The Power Of Now series. There will time after the study for informal visiting, for those who wish to linger.
